My capstone project is a research paper exploring how contemporary instability in the politics of current day Italy has its roots in the foundation of the political system, going back to post World War II. I looked at the establishment of the Italian government system post World War II and the changes in ruling coalitions during that time, as well as the reasons for the continued instability.
