Construction, Fabrication, and Animation

Ever since I was a kid I have seen movies, games, and shows and have thought that the props, accessories, and even the animated parts of such media were enticing to me, and in this project I am attempting to gain a fundamental understanding of how to recreate those aspects. My project contains one accessory, four props and one animation, with all practical effects elements being based on different media such as the game Skyrim, the show Avatar the Last airbender, and the Star Wars universe. All of the elements of this project are handmade with detail in order to trick the eye into seeing one material become another.
